The automatic powder electrostatic spray gun is more suitable for factories that already have or plan to build powder spraying lines, especially in scenarios where the workpiece is stable in batch, the product structure is relatively fixed, the beat is clear, the film thickness and appearance consistency requirements are high, the manual spraying fluctuations are large, and it is hoped that rework will be reduced and production replicability will be improved. Not only does it need to "replace the hand gun with an automatic gun", but it also needs to match the spray room, the powder supply system, the recycling system, the conveyor line, the reciprocating machine or robot, the controller, the grounding, the hanger, the curing furnace and the on-site safety management. Before the specific workpiece, output, color change frequency and site conditions are provided, it should not be directly judged that a factory must be suitable, nor should fixed parameters, savings ratio or investment recovery cycle be promised.
