When upgrading an automated spraying line, how to match the rotary cup, valve assembly, and high-pressure generator according to the dynamic load and acceleration of the reciprocating machine?

The reciprocating machine "maximum load kg" cannot be compared only with the static weight of the rotary cup, valve and high pressure generator. The accurate selection should establish a dynamic load model including the total mass, center of gravity, eccentricity, moment of inertia, maximum acceleration, Jerk, commutation frequency, pipeline drag and residual liquid mass, and then check the reciprocating cantilever, guide rail, transmission, servo, brake and structural modes. Whether the high-voltage generator moves with the rotating cup can not be determined only by weight: follow-up installation can shorten the high-voltage transmission path, but it will increase the moving mass, eccentric torque and insulation maintenance requirements; remote installation can reduce the sports load, but it is necessary to check the high-voltage cable, voltage drop, dynamic bending, shielding and safety isolation. The final combination shall be determined by calculation, finite element, graded fat and full load field sat.
