It is possible, but cannot be directly committed without specific equipment, coatings, workpieces, measurement methods and sampling rules. RSD ≤ 5% belongs to the more stringent film thickness uniformity target, which usually requires a stable powder or paint supply, repeated gun spacing and trajectory, uniform spray room wind field, reliable grounding, controlled wire speed, correct spray width overlap, and a proven measurement system. For regular large plane and automatic continuous spraying, it may be achieved after special debugging; if the edges, corners, dead corners, start-stop zones, commutation zones and multiple gun overlap zones are all included in the same statistical overall, the difficulty will increase significantly.
