Manual powder electrostatic spray gun spray powder, usually do not immediately judge that the spray gun is damaged, the high-pressure bag fails, or the controller is unstable. The so-called "spitting powder" is discontinuous in most cases, and the more common reasons are poor powder fluidization, excessive powder volume settings, powder tube bending and accumulating powder, powder pump or venturi tube wear, compressed air with water and oil, and concentrated spraying of powder tube residue after gun stopping. When troubleshooting, you should first confirm when the spitting powder occurs: whether it is a flush of powder at the moment of shooting, a large flush of small flush during the spraying process, or a sudden flush of powder after stopping the gun. The reasons and treatment methods for different manifestations are not the same.
