Data such as device status, recipe, alarm, voltage, current, speed, pressure, flow, position, wire speed, maintenance count, energy consumption and quality results can be opened, but the final scope depends on the specific controller model, software version, sensor configuration, communication protocol and system integration boundaries. It is necessary to strictly distinguish between the set value, the actual measured value, the calculated value, the state amount and the alarm amount. The target speed is not equal to the actual speed, the valve opening is not equal to the precise flow rate, and the forming gas control command is not equal to the measured air pressure.
