What is the range of mechanical deformation and vibration when the reciprocating machine cantilever is fully loaded with spray gun and rotary cup and reciprocates at high speed?

Credible fixed millimeters cannot be given without cantilever length, section, material, connection method, gun holder quality, number of spray guns/cups, line drag, running speed, acceleration, Jerk and measured data. The problem should be broken down into four categories of indicators: static deflection, dynamic peak displacement, peak-to-peak jitter, and residual vibration stabilization time after reversal. Static deformation can be calculated by beam theory or finite element calculation; inertial force, torque, structural natural frequency, dynamic amplification, hose dragging and mechanical clearance must also be considered under high-speed reciprocation. The final range shall be confirmed jointly by "Calculation/Finite Element + No Load/Graded Load fat + Full Load High Speed sat".
