Common signs of possible damage to the electrostatic high-voltage package include: the actual voltage cannot be established after the controller sets the high-voltage; the voltage or current display abnormal jump; the alarm, short-circuit protection or overcurrent protection as soon as the high-voltage is turned on; there is no obvious charge adsorption at the spray gun end and the powder path is normal; abnormal discharge sound, coke odor, ablation, carbonization or breakdown traces occur near the spray gun or high-voltage line; the pressure is lost after a period of operation, and the cooler is briefly recovered; the failure still exists after replacing the same model, confirmed normal spray gun cable or gun body. The above can only indicate that the high-pressure bag is "highly suspicious" and cannot be directly confirmed. The actual isolation shall be in the order of “Ground — Powder — Electrode/Nozzle — High Voltage Cable — Controller — High Voltage Package”.
