List of consumable parts for electrostatic spray guns: How to determine the replacement cycle of nozzles, powder tubes and pump cores?

Author: BOSTAR Technical Content CenterTechnical Review: BOSTAR Spray Application Engineering GroupPublished: July 6, 2026Updated: July 6, 2026

Scope: General electrostatic spraying adjustment logic. This does not replace equipment-specific manuals.

The replacement cycle of nozzles, powder pipes, and pump cartridges cannot be judged only by "how many days used" or "how many hours sprayed". A more reliable method is to combine the spraying effect, powder discharge stability, film thickness fluctuation, powder consumption, wear traces, air leakage and leakage powder with the comparison of new parts of the same model. Before the specific spray gun model, powder pump structure, nozzle specifications, powder pipe material, powder type, output and equipment manual are not provided, fixed replacement days, hours or mandatory scrap standards should not be fabricated.
