Laboratory-grade electrostatic powder spray gun: How to perform low-cost spraying on small samples?

The low cost of small sample powder spraying in the laboratory is not to make the equipment as simple as possible, nor to arbitrarily reduce the amount of powder, voltage or curing conditions, but to reduce the powder loss, color change cleaning time, sample rework and invalid repeat tests in a single test under the premise of meeting the safety, film thickness, appearance and test purposes. The special powder electrostatic spray gun for laboratory is more suitable for powder formulation verification, color proofing, sample confirmation, small piece test spraying, process window exploration and customer sample test. Fixed voltage, air pressure, powder volume, gun spacing or cost saving ratio should not be given until the specific gun model, powder cup/bucket structure, powder type, specimen size, target film thickness and laboratory safety configuration have been confirmed.
