Is the airflow field stable when adjusting the spray gun fan or using a rotary cup to shape the air? How effective is its resistance to interference in a high-wind-speed paint booth?

Scope: General electrostatic spraying adjustment logic. This does not replace equipment-specific manuals.

Spray gun fan control and rotating cup shaping gas can stabilize the spray shape, but can not be separated from the specific model and spray room wind field to declare that "it is still completely unaffected at strong wind speeds". The fan air of the spray gun mainly changes the width of the spray width, the lateral velocity of the droplets, and the edge distribution; the rotary cup shaping gas mainly compresses, expands, or guides the spray cone of the rotary cup. As the lateral wind speed of the spray room increases, the offset of the spray center, the thinning of the edges, the asymmetry of the spray amplitude, the increase of over-spraying and the fluctuation of the film thickness will increase. The true anti-interference ability should be measured by fixing the gun spacing, flow rate, air pressure or rotational speed, measuring the spray width, center offset, extremely poor film thickness, edge attenuation and transmission efficiency under different crosswind conditions, rather than only looking at the naked eye "whether the fan is still there".
