Surging of the venturi powder pump over long distances is usually not caused by a single parameter, but by the combined effects of bucket fluidization, venturi negative pressure, air source fluctuations, powder pipe pressure drop, elbow powder accumulation, vertical drop, powder state, and nozzle wear. When processing, it should be sorted according to the order of "powder source stability — air source stability — powder pump state — pipeline structure - spray gun end — parameter fine adjustment", and the powder volume gas, conveying gas and atomized gas cannot be increased at the same time. The evaluation of the improvement effect can not only look at the average amount of powder produced in one minute, but also use the segmented weighing, the coefficient of variation of powder discharge, the peak-to-valley ratio and the mesh data of film thickness.
