Powder spraying shows orange peel marks, which should not only be blamed on the spray gun, but also on the poor quality of the plastic powder. The orange peel pattern is usually associated with film thickness, powder leveling performance, spray gun powder output, delivery gas/atomization gas, voltage current, gun spacing, gun speed, workpiece temperature, curing conditions, pretreatment, and powder batches. The site should first confirm whether the orange peel is an "unexpected defect" or a decorative effect required by the texture powder, sand grain powder, and wrinkle powder itself selected by the customer; then check in the order of "film thickness — powder — spray gun parameters — curing — pretreatment — site environment". It is not recommended to give fixed voltage, air pressure, temperature or time values before confirming the powder grade, target film thickness, curing curve and workpiece structure.
