The high-voltage electrostatic tester can assist in judging whether the high-voltage output of the electrostatic spray gun is normal, whether there is leakage, discharge, output decay or instability, but it cannot be judged as "good" or "bad" in a single sentence. The correct approach is to first confirm the equipment model, rated high-voltage range, tester range, test tooling and safety conditions; and then separately check the controller, high-voltage cable, spray gun body, high-voltage package, electrodes, grounding and spraying site conditions. If the test results are lower than the requirements of the manual, the output beats, the voltage drops after loading are obvious, accompanied by abnormal discharges or alarms, it supports further suspicion of abnormal high-voltage links. Before the specific spray gun and tester model are not bound, a fixed qualified voltage value or a general waste criterion should not be given.
