Disk electrostatic disk spraying systems are generally more suitable for liquid electrostatic spraying scenarios with batch stability, large appearance surfaces, high degree of production line continuity, and the desire to improve coating consistency and automation. When selecting the type, you should not only look at the rotating disk body or spray disk parameters, but also evaluate the workpiece structure, paint system, paint supply method, spray room conditions, conveyor line beat, control system, safety interlock, maintenance capacity and test spray results. Fixed speeds, voltages, flows, spraying distances, quotations or payback periods should not be given directly until specific models, paint data, workpiece dimensions, yields and site conditions have been provided.
