In powder electrostatic spraying, powder volume gas is usually used to drive the venturi powder pump to suck and feed powder, which mainly affects the powder output and delivery stability; atomized gas is also often referred to as auxiliary gas, dilution gas or diffusion gas, which mainly affects the dispersion state of the powder at the muzzle or the end of the powder path, the softness of the powder cloud, and the improvement of pulsation. When adjusting, it is not possible to directly increase the two ways of gas together. It should first be confirmed that the powder fluidization, air source drying, powder pump, powder pipe, nozzle, grounding and high pressure are normal, and then take the allowable range of the manual as the boundary, changing only one variable at a time. When the amount of powder is insufficient, it is preferred to check the powder path and powder gas; when the powder cloud is spitting or reuniting, focus on the atomized gas, powder pump wear and powder tube resistance. Fixed air pressure values should not be given until specific equipment models and powder pump structures are provided.
