The powder electrostatic spray gun can not be adjusted to increase the voltage, increase the amount of powder or pursue the "big powder fog" according to the feeling. The more secure order is: first confirm the safety, grounding, air source, powder fluidization and powder discharge stability; then gradually adjust the powder volume, conveying gas, atomization gas, voltage, current limit, gun distance, angle, gun speed or automatic line beat according to the workpiece structure, target film thickness and appearance requirements; finally verify with film thickness, appearance, powder consumption, rework rate and a qualified rate. A common set of fixed parameters should not be given until the specific gun model, controller version, powder type and workpiece structure are bound.
