Fluorocarbon powder spraying wants to achieve the highest cost performance, not to buy the powder at the lowest price, nor to press the film thickness to the minimum, but to reduce the unit qualified area cost under the premise of meeting the customer's weather resistance, appearance, film thickness, adhesion and curing requirements. The site should focus on six things: selecting the right powder system and application grade; stabilizing the pretreatment; establishing a film thickness window with representative workpieces; adjusting the amount of powder, airflow, electrostatic parameters and gun distance to "uniform deposition" instead of "large powder fog"; managing the ratio of new powder to recycled powder, sieve powder and color change loss; and verifying the cost with the curing curve and the first pass rate. Fixed spraying parameters or savings should not be given until powder grade, target film thickness, workpiece material, curing conditions and customer standards have been confirmed
