You can't just look at the lab photos, the number of prototypes, or a test spray video. Whether the supplier truly has a modern laboratory and 1: 1 proofing capability, it should be verified from nine aspects: equipment coverage, workpiece and material reduction, process condition reproduction, testing instruments, data collection, test methods, safety systems, report integrity and on-site reproduction capability. The real value of proofing is not the "spraying effect", but the evidence that is repeatable, traceable, and can be used for equipment selection and process decision-making under the buyer's actual workpiece, actual powder or paint, target film thickness, wire speed, spray gun/cup, feeding, spray house wind field, and curing conditions.
