It is not possible to ensure that the total recovery rate of powder reaches or exceeds 98% by simply increasing the spray room wind speed. The overall performance of the powder system is determined by the powder output of the powder gun, the momentum of the powder cloud, the opening of the spray room to collect the wind, the internal wind speed distribution of the spray room, the duct conveyance, the separation of the large cyclone, the final filtration collection, the system seal, and the particle size of the powder. Insufficient air volume will cause the powder to escape; excessive air volume may pull the powder cloud, reduce the one-time powdering rate, increase the over-spraying and recycling load. Before formally committing to "≥ 98%", the statistical caliber must be unified and verified by mass balance, leakage inspection, pressure difference record and continuous operation test under representative working conditions.
