Automatic voltage/current matching can alleviate the difference in inlet powder, trough bottom and film thickness caused by the Faraday cage effect, but it cannot be eliminated individually and completely. The effect depends on whether the equipment truly has load feedback and dynamic control capabilities, and whether the workpiece structure, gun angle, gun spacing, powder volume, air flow, nozzle, grounding, gun trajectory and spraying sequence match together. For deep grooves, right angles and multi-layer occlusion structures, automatic tuning is more suitable as an auxiliary tool for "stabilizing electrostatic strength, reducing overcharging and reducing operational fluctuations", rather than a substitute for the universal functions of process design, representative test spraying and manual supplementary spraying.
