Can the system be linked with an online film thickness gauge or laser rangefinder to correct the discharge amount or electrostatic parameters in real time?

Technically, linkage can be designed, but "access detector" cannot be directly equivalent to "stable, real-time coating closed-loop control has been achieved". On-line film thickness gauges can provide coating thickness results; laser rangefinders usually provide gun distance, workpiece profile, or position data, and do not directly represent film thickness. Whether the system can be corrected in real time on the same workpiece also depends on the distance between the measurement position and the spraying position, the conveying line speed, the detection period, the communication delay, the workpiece tracking accuracy, the feeding actuator response, the spraying process lag, and the control algorithm. Many production lines are more suitable for layered control of "feedforward compensation of gun spacing + correction of film thickness results to subsequent workpieces or subsequent spraying areas" rather than immediate adjustment of voltage or flow for each measuring point.
