Factory conversion interfaces usually only prove the adaptability of a certain part of the mechanical connection or specified combination, and do not automatically prove that the load, center of gravity, movement, pipeline, electrical communication, high pressure, air volume, fire protection and process are all compatible. Cross-brand transformation shall complete at least eight types of checks for mechanical interface, dynamic load, medium and energy, electrical control, safety interlocking, spray room environment, process effect and maintenance accessibility. Only after specifying the model, version, interface drawings and adaptation boundaries, through design review, fat and on-site sat, can it be confirmed whether it can be mounted directly, requires local modification, or whether the entire installation and control system must be redesigned.
