The core difference between a manual electrostatic spray gun and an automatic electrostatic spray gun is not "which must be more advanced", but who controls the spraying action. The manual electrostatic spray gun is handheld by the operator to complete the switch gun, gun distance, angle, speed and make-up spray judgment, which is more suitable for small batch, multi-variety, sample, repair and workpiece change scenarios; the automatic electrostatic spray gun is triggered by the controller, PLC, reciprocator, robot or automatic line, which is more suitable for batch stability, clear beat, high appearance consistency requirements, and the need to reduce manual fluctuations. Before selection, confirm whether it is powder spraying or liquid spraying, and then look at the workpiece batch, color change frequency, quality requirements, on-site automation conditions and budget. Fixed voltage, current, air pressure, powder, flow or investment recovery conclusions should not be given directly before the specific model is bound.
