From Tools to Intelligent Units: Applications of AI Vision and IoT Remote Monitoring in Electrostatic Spraying

The value of AI vision and IoT remote monitoring in electrostatic spraying is not to package the spray gun as an "automatic universal device", but to make the spray gun, controller, powder/paint supply, spray room, production line and quality inspection gradually form a perceptible, recordable, early warning, and traceable intelligent unit. AI vision is more suitable for workpiece identification, hanger status identification, spray coverage observation, defect trend analysis, and security behavior assistance identification; IoT remote monitoring is more suitable for equipment status, parameter recording, alarm tracking, maintenance reminders, powder consumption/paint consumption statistics, and remote diagnosis. Until specific models, algorithms, sensors, and platforms are bound, no commitment should be made to recognition accuracy, savings ratios, automatic closed-loop control, or remote modification capabilities.
