The primary inspection object for local fire breakdown traces is a complete, dynamic, and repeatable grounding link between the workpiece and the ground; bouncing powder must further distinguish between charge accumulation caused by grounding, thick film reverse ionization, and pneumatic shock. The most reliable diagnostic method is to first stop and retain the parameters, then measure the grounding step by step, exchange the workpiece with the hanger, compare the residual charge attenuation, and finally adjust the high pressure, powder volume, air volume and gun spacing in a univariate manner.
